How do I request my transfer code?
To transfer your domain name, you need the transfer code. You can request this through 'My Account' on our website. There are however some execeptions like .be where the transfercode can only be requested at the register of the domain extension.

Steps
Step 1. Log in to the customer panel.
Step 2. In the left menu, click on 'Domains & Webhosting' and click the pencil next to the domain name you want to move.
Step 3. You will now see the overview of the domain name. Under Domain you will now see Transfer code, click on the eye icon to make the transfer code visible.
Step 4. You will now get a pop-up asking you to enter your password. After this is done, you will receive the transfer code.
Please note: If you move a domain name, you must also cancel it in the customer panel, otherwise it will continue administratively with us. Please note that if you also have a shared hosting package active for this domain, you will also cancel the package.
